Webhosting

In order to provide our online services securely and efficiently, we use the services of the web hosting provider Wix.com Ltd, Nemal St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel ("Wix"), from whose servers (or servers managed by them) the online services can be accessed.

Every time you access our website, your browser transmits various data. This regularly includes the IP address, which is necessary to be able to deliver the contents of online offers to browsers and all entries made within our online offer or from websites.

Wix collects various data (so-called server log files) for each access to the server. The server log files include the address and name of the accessed websites and files, date and time of access, transferred data volume, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited site) and usually IP addresses and the requesting provider.  Wix processes this data to ensure a safe operation of our website.

We have concluded a contract for order processing according to article 28 DSGVO with Wix. You can view the order processing contract here https://de.wix.com/about/privacy-dpa-users

The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest in the operation and maintenance of the operational security of our websites in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Further information about data processing by Wix can be found at https://de.wix.com/about/privacy

Data security

We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data as comprehensively as possible from unwanted access. We use an encryption procedure on our web pages. Your data is transferred from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption. You can usually recognize this by the fact that the lock symbol in the status bar of your browser is closed and the address line begins with https://.

This may also result in a transmission to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or not.
